From check in to check out, stay was comfortable. Staff Asma, Cleo and Fathima were absolutely fantastic, ever so helpful and always smiling. They made the stay the most memorable ever. Will definately stay at SwissotelAlMurooj.Dubai again

Plumbing need some work , water pressure in shower weak . I booked smoking room but when I reached it was not available, that was very important for me

We had a truly wonderful stay at Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located near Dubai Mall. What made our experience extra special was the amazing staff, especially Amoura. She welcomed us with such kindness and took care of us with genuine warmth and attention. She made us feel at home from the first moment. Her professionalism, beautiful smile, and caring attitude made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel is well located, and the room was comfortable for our stay. On the day we checked-in, Yeabsira was at the front-desk and managed this for us. We also spoke to her a few more times when the war started (28 Feb) and had concerns about the hotel stay and room extension. She was very reassuring and also let us know when she would next be at the desk should we have any follow-up questions since she was familiar with us. Although both her and other hotel staff such as Sarra at the concierge desk were very helpful and pleasant which elevated the experience for us, we do think the hotel could have done more (such as provided discounted meals at the hotel restaurant / cafe, or discounted room rates) since most tourists were unable to leave the country due to the international conflict. If the hotel had done that it would have changed our experience from and 8 to a 10.
