Not so impressed with the Front Reception on both levels. Lack of smile and the warmth welcome. That’s my sincere observation. Concierge and housekeeping staffs give better vibes throughout my stay. Thank you.

Upon arrival and after parking my car, I went down to the lobby area. Since receptionists were occupied, I was greeted by concierge, who collected my luggage and escorted me to the sky lobby for check in there. Check in was smooth, but at 4.15pm, 1 out of 2 rooms was still not ready, even though I informed the hotel the day before that I would arrive early. After I got into the first room, it took 25 minutes (and after I called the front desk again) for my luggage to be delivered. I was in a rush as I had to leave for a function, so the delay was pretty upsetting. After I got back to the hotel at night, I realized that my shoe bag was missing. So, I went down to the concierge to ask around. Surprisingly, the concierge was not surprised at all, and he quickly took out my bag from under his desk. It's pretty disappointing though, why the concierge guy was so careless in the beginning, and how they didn't even try to find out the owner of the bag... At night after I got back to the room and wanted to take shower, to my dismal, hot water was not working at all. I stayed in signature 2 bedroom with my father and my kids. My father had to shower in very cold water, so I called the front office. They sent an engineer who did a quick check at the electricity panel. Apparently, there was a trip in 1 of the mcb that controls the hot water. So, he only flicked it up, and told me it would take 3 hours for the water to heat up, and I should call the front desk again to consult on further solution. Well, the solution that I got was to shower in an empty room next door. Well.. no choice, I got to bring my kids there to shower... Talking about breakfast, the guest's receiver at the door should do better job. There were 9 of us, as I brought my extended family for staycation. We were just let through into the dining area, and it was really packed. Nobody bothers to help us search for empty table, let alone preparing it. So, we had to walk all the way up and down to the end, until we actually reached the lounge/cafe area. No choice, we told the staff at the cafe that we had to sit there. We asked for 2 tables to be prepared, but it was slow, and utensils were not complete. Tissue wasn't even given. Breakfast was okay, choices were limited, and some items were not refilled quickly. I had to wait quite a bit for the refills. We asked for crepes, the chef took forever to make, and we were asked to sit down and they'd deliver to the table. Waited 30 minutes, crepes never arrived. I went back to the crepes station, apparently the 3 crepes were still left there. The lady told me she didn't know we were sitting at the cafe area, so she went back and kept the crepes with melted ice cream on her table... Another disappointment really... why never bother to check thoroughly? All in all, I really wish Swissotel Mega Kuningan could live up to their reputation.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Living Kuningan. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The location is also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and business areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
