I stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore with my family from March 30 to March 31. We arrived quite early after getting off our Disney Cruise, and Melvin Lim at check-in was genuinely kind and helpful. He arranged for us to wait comfortably in the lounge and also assisted with an early check-in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The lounge was also a highlight of our stay. Penny, in particular, was very warm and attentive during the evening happy hour, and thanks to her, we felt at ease every time we visited. The Marina Bay view from the room was truly impressive, and the hotel’s location made it very easy to get around. What stood out to us was how family-friendly the lounge felt. As we were traveling with our daughter, it was great that we could still enjoy the space comfortably. The table tennis area was a nice touch, and we ended up spending some fun time there together. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Singapore.

I discovered when I reached my room that the swimming pool was not available due maintenence. Fair enough, except that you could, and should, have informed me of this pre-planned closure when I made my booking. A booking I would emphasise that I made direct on your website. Frankly, this is inexcusable. I complained to one of your duty managers when I checked out, and essentially was disbelieved that I had not been pre-warned. I most definitely was not, as I would certainly have chosen a different hotel had I realised the situation; which probably explains the omission.

Doing regular staycations at this hotel, I have consistently experienced superb service from the moment I arrive until check-out. Penny in the lounge recognised me and addressed me by name, which was a pleasant surprise. She and her colleague also provided excellent service throughout my time in the lounge.

Stayed one night at Swissotel and felt that everything was perfect. From getting off my ride, my suitcases were picked up and set aside immediately then delivered to my room without delay. The check-in process was easy, fast and they were so accommodating to all my requests. The room was clean, well presented and had all the amenities I required. Being placed above a mall and located so central makes it such a breeze to get anything I need and also to get around the city. Will definitely stay here for my future ventures in Singapore.
