From the very first phone call to make my reservation until the moment I checked out, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly makes this place special are the people. Every interaction was warm, professional, and heartfelt. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the spa, housekeeping, or any other area of the hotel, every team member contributed to making my stay memorable. No wish was left unfulfilled, and the level of service was exceptional throughout. As an ALL Accor member, recognition of loyalty is very important to me, and this is one of the few hotels where I truly felt appreciated. Thank you so much for the wonderful suite upgrade – it made my stay even more special and showed genuine recognition of my loyalty. You are true Heartists, and your passion for hospitality shines through in everything you do. The only downside of my stay? I seem to have developed a serious addiction to the chocolate-covered marshmallow bears from the minibar! 😅 Thank you for an unforgettable experience. I will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I was satisfied with hotel room, services, and breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the dinner menu. I didn't enjoy the food that was served at dinnertime. The salads were plain and vague, and desserts were basic.

This is arguably the best hotel experience I've ever had. Beautiful interiors, amazing spa, incredibly nice and helpful staff, great food.
