The hotel has an excellent location, with both the business district and the old town nearby. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and quiet. The service is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is of a very high standard, offering a wide selection of drinks, good coffee, fresh juices, hot and cold dishes, as well as fruits and desserts—all of excellent quality.

Breakfast, staff, rooms, facilities were all top! Only part I was not satisfied was the spa area. One pool, no jacuzzi, one sauna (steam sauna was not working) and the working sauna was not one where one could throw water to the stones.

We stayed at Swissotel Tallinn during the Easter holidays. The breakfast was very good, also we liked our room and the possibility to choose the pillows for comfortable sleep. Sadly one bedside light was broken and it didn't get fixed even though we mentioned it to the staff. We had to take the hotel key off from the holder so we could get the room dark in the night.

We enjoyed our stay and everything worked well. It would have been nice if spa area could have been open an hour longer to go sauna and pool after dinner, but I can't think of anything else that would have improved our stay. Overall very nice experience for our 3 nights stay.
